A vague veil

"Have you ever ask yourself why we need food?"
You might be obvious by saying, to live and to keep our self healthy and lively.
Okay then, I admit that food is necessary for life but why we not prefer any type of food.....why we always categorize food into healthy, unhygenic, junk or so whatever.....

As the facts rationalize the logic that only healthy foods are safe and good for the body so we always recommend and consume that food and most of the time we are very much concious about the quality, ingredients, recipe, packaging, and fully ensure ourselves by purchasing high quality food as we are more educated and quality concious people now in the 21st Century.(talking about 1st world and 2nd world specifically).

We always ask for the quality standards either ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 and many more.

If i ask you to choose one of them......whats your choice??

I suppose the left one.....
As flies always attracted by the sweet things reluctantly if they are uncovered....thats why i think we all have been advised to cover the dishes with a wrapper to get rid of these flies and other germs causes the food to be unhygenic.

Let us have another analogy:

Why you always put a seat belt or helmet while driving or riding.......I think its used to ensure safety.

Some of my foreign friends always ask the question that why your women's always wear veil.....I think I some how tried to explain you guys by giving such analogies....

Actually my friends,

Our religion "Islam", always paid much dignity and respect to the women in the Holy teachings and Books more than 1400 years before,  as they are the foundation pillars of the better Muslim man.

The physocology and the human studies discovers that this gender is very pure, sensitive and introvert in nature mostly, so we need to handle them with a lot of care.

Thats why our religion ordered women to wear Veil as it act as a wrapper to save the sweetness from the flies flying every where in the environment in terms of "BAD BOYS", "CRITIC EYES" or to pervent any sort of abuse from the environment.

Its not only advised in Islam but also have a look at the link below:

Christians :
"But I want you to understand that the head of every man is Christ, the head of a woman is her husband, and the head of Christ is God. Any man who prays or prophesies with his head covered dishonors his head, but any woman who prays or prophesies with her head unveiled dishonors her head—it is the same as if her head were shaven. For if a woman will not veil herself, then she should cut off her hair; but if it is disgraceful for a woman to be shorn or shaven, let her wear a veil.
"For a man ought not to cover his head, since he is the image and glory of God; but woman is the glory of man. (For man was not made from woman, but woman from man. Neither was man created for woman, but woman for man.) That is why a woman ought to have a veil on her head, because of the angels....If any one is disposed to be contentious, we recognize no other practice, nor do the churches of God." (1 Corinthians 11:3-10,16)

Jews:

Today, in fact, some of the most ancient practices are currently being rediscovered and "renovated" by couples seeking to blend tradition with a modern outlook on marriage. One of the most enduring wedding customs, the wearing of the veil, has its origins in the Bible. Upon seeing her husband-to-be, Isaac, for the first time, Rebecca "took her veil and covered herself." (Gen. 25:65)
Another veiling custom, Badekin (the veiling of the bride by the groom just before the wedding), also has biblical roots. Those familiar with the story of Jacob and his two wives, Leah and Rachel, will remember how Jacob's father in law, Laban, tricked Jacob into marrying Leah instead of his beloved Rachel by veiling Leah heavily before the wedding. By placing the veil over the bride's face himself, a Jewish groom makes sure he doesn't repeat Jacob's mistake. (A more poetic interpretation of badekin is that by covering the bride's face, the groom shows that he values her for more than mere external beauty.)

Islam:

Obligation of Hijab as Stated in Qur'an

"O Prophet! Tell your wives and daughters and the women of the believers to draw their cloaks (jalabib) close round them (when they go abroad)..." (33:59)

"And tell the believing women to lower their gaze and be modest, and to display of their adornment only that which is apparent, and to draw their veils over their bosoms..."(24:31) "…only that which is apparent" applies to women’s face and hands
Hope you all get that..

"... And when you ask of them (the wives of the Prophet) anything, ask it of them from behind a veil. . ." (33:53)

Human Resource Management, a misconception

The study of human resource management has now achieved its required status in the society and as the time elapse its importance and significant is  multiplying exponentially.

According to human resource theory, a right person has to be placed at a right job and that’s how he will perform effectively and efficiently, I see eye to eye with that but for the sake of argument I have a question “IS EVERY BODY GETTING A DESIRE JOB?”.Limited the debate to the third world states as I am also representing that too…I hope the answer is in negative.

Most of the developing countries especially in Pakistan, the rate of Brian Drain is at the apex as compare to the others and the reason was unequal employment opportunities and overcrowded labor market.

To support my verdict, kindly have a look at the Daily Times article at:

http://www.dailytimes.com.pk/default.asp?page=2009%5C07%5C05%5Cstory_5-7-2009_pg5_8

Let me reveal the thoughts of the literate general mass which itself has a mind set that he/she  must have a job to earn for their bread and butter after completing his secondarily education or even graduation without any sort of mission or vision , it was personally observed by myself and i hope you also agreed with me that most of the people don’t know what to do or they don't even try to take guidance with somebody, all are just as a herd of sheep behaving like a mob so called mob behavior…If some one says MBA is good all hail to that if some one says MBBS is good all hail to that..due to the increase in numbers of MBA's and MBBS qualified in job market the visionary ones have to suffer, resulting in Brian Drain or compromise on low salary.

Let me share some interesting facts with you:

I was just surfing on the internet and suddenly being stopped by a job add, the description was

Consider the level, the person who spent around $2200 on his graduation fee or $3000 on his masters fee can get a worthy job after its academic completion worth $156/month.

I sometimes get confuse by attending the sessions organized for the understanding of Human Resource practices. What I observed often all of the top managers from reputable organizations sit beside each other and the speaker delivers a mesmerizing speech, after 2 hours the session dismissed and all went back with a thought of “what a great speech he delivered” with no such fruitful results.

As far as Job Descriptions are concerned can anybody tell me about the job description of a sales person, if I am not wrong engaged clients, persuade them, sell the sand and then move on for the next hunt but today’s requirement keeping in mind Pakistan..Sell first, handle account receivable,  close accounts payable, recover the budget, any other financial issues by yourself……see the JD’s of the Managers working in BTL/ATL Advertising/Travel-Tours agencies if I am wrong.

The JD’s of the HR Manager is not even justify by its own, most of them are engaged in clerical, administrative, data base management, archivist tasks simultaneously..Have a look at the manufacturing sector if I am wrong.

I think it takes a lot of time in 3rd world to understand the real meaning of HR Managers and its importance.

The Manager's JD

Most of the times I am very much confused about "What is Human?". I have even failed to rationalize that how these emotions, feelings and relationship works, accordingly with the situations and circumstances.

The story which i am encoding in this post has more than one perspectives.

  1. It enlightens the strong bonding between the relations.
  2. Determination
  3. Importance of Human Resource Management.......
I think its better to conclude yourself and share your thoughts and ideas by commenting in the end.

**Story of Appreciation**

One young academically excellent person went to apply for a managerial position in a big company.

He passed the first interview, the director did the last interview, made the last decision.

The director discovered from the CV that the youth's academic achievements were excellent all the way, from the secondary school until the postgraduate research,
Never had a year when he did not score.

The director asked,
"Did you obtain any scholarships in school?"
The boy answered "none".

The director asked,
" Was it your father who paid for your school fees?"
The boy answered,
"My father passed away when I was one year old, it was my mother who paid for my school fees.

The director asked,
" Where did your mother work?"
The boy answered,
"My mother worked as clothes cleaner.
The director requested the boy to show his hands.
The boy showed a pair of hands that were smooth and perfect.

The director asked,
" Have you ever helped your mother wash the clothes before?"
The boy answered,
"Never, my mother always wanted me to study and read more books.
Furthermore, my mother can wash clothes faster than me.

The director said,
"I have a request. When you go back today, go and clean your mother's hands, and then see me tomorrow morning.*

The boy felt that his chance of landing the job was high. When he went back, he happily requested his mother to let him clean her hands. His mother felt strange, happy but with mixed feelings, she showed her hands to the boy.

The boy cleaned his mother's hands slowly. His tear fell as he did that. It was the first time he noticed that his mother's hands were so wrinkled, and there were so many bruises in her hands. Some bruises were so painful that his mother shivered when they were cleaned with water.

This was the first time the boy realized that it was this pair of hands that washed the clothes everyday to enable him to pay the school fee. The bruises in the mother's hands were the price that the mother had to pay for his graduation, academic excellence and his future.

After finishing the cleaning of his mother's hands, the youth boyu washed all the remaining clothes for his mother.

That night, mother and son talked for a very long time.

Next morning, the boy went to the director's office.

The Director noticed the tears in the youth's eyes, asked:
" Can you tell me what have you done and learned yesterday in your house?"

The boy answered,
" I cleaned my mother's hand, and also finished cleaning all the remaining clothes'

The Director asked,
" please tell me your feelings."

The boy said,
Number 1,
Now i know, what is appreciation. Without my mother, i couldn't achieve any success.
Number 2,
By working together and helping my mother, only now i realize how difficult and tough it is to get something done.
Number 3,
I have come to appreciate the importance and value of family relationship.

The director said,
" This is what I am looking for, to be my manager. I want to recruit a person who can appreciate the help of others, a person who knows the sufferings of others to get things done, and a person who would not put money as his only goal in life. You are hired.

Later on, this young person worked very hard, and received the respect of his subordinates. Every employee worked diligently and as a team. The company's performance improved tremendously.

Words War

A brief glance of speeches delivered by the Presidents at UNGS (United Nation General Assembly)

President Zardari Pakistan

Before I take up my speech, I want to express the strongest condemnation for the acts of incitement of hate against the faith of billions of Muslims of the world and our beloved prophet, Mohammad (peace be upon him). The international community must not become silent observers and should criminalize such acts that destroy the peace of the world and endanger world security by misusing freedom of expression.

President Ahmadinejad Iran
Arms race and intimidation by nuclear weapons and weapons of mass destruction by the hegemonic powers have become prevalent.

Continued threats by the uncivilized Zionists to resort to
military action against our great nation are a clear example of this bitter reality

"Creation of worthless paper assets by using influence and control over the world's economic centers constitutes the greatest abuse of history, and is considered a major contributor to global economic crisis," he said.

President Morsi Egypt
Egypt respects freedom of expression. One that is not used to incite hatred against anyone.
One that is not directed toward one specific religion or culture. A freedom of expression that tackles extremism and violence. Not the freedom of expression that deepens ignorance and disregards others

The fruits of dignity and freedom must not remain far from the Palestinian people," he said, adding that it     was "shameful" that U.N. resolutions are not enforced.

     President Mugabe Zimbabwe
The death of Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi was as  tragic as that of U.S. Ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens.
As we in spirit join the United States in condemning that death, shall the United States also join us in condemning that barbaric death of the head of state of Libya - Gaddafi? It was a loss, a great loss, to Africa, a tragic loss to Africa 'A HUNT, A BRUTAL HUNT'

And it begins!

As the current situations of the world is getting worse day by day, the question hopping in common man's mind ," Is there an end of this or what will happen next "
I feel very regret to acknowledge you guys that there is no end of this massacre.

How could i be so sure, most of you will probably ask this question to me.

The Noble teachings of Islam made the things very clear and transparent but for those who are willing to understand them, based on Minor Signs and Major Signs before the judgement day appears

I would like to quote you the Holy Bible prophecies for this era.

  • The acceleration of natural disasters around the world, warning the world of the Wrath of Yehovah that is about to be poured out on earth
  • The rise of a "beast" nation - modern, prophetic, Babylon the Great - who will "devour" the other nations of the world in its attempt to establish a global empire
  • The collapse of the world's economies, resulting in revolutions, wars, rule of the wealthy elite through martial law, and the impoverishment and servitude of the masses
  • The amalgamation of nations of the Middle East and North Africa against Israel
  • The annihilation by "fire" (nuclear holocaust?) of the last great superpower nation - modern, prophetic Babylon - opening the door to the invasion of Israel by nations of the Middle East and North Africa
Please see Psalm 83, Ezekiel 38, Matthew 24

All the situations and occasions are very organized and predefined and this thing really knocked us all,
I am reluctant to involve in the upcoming events but as the time passes by we all will have to witness these events.

All the false claims of the 1st world Governments to maintain peace and harmony around the globe is a drama to diversify the thoughts of the people and their instinctive ability to think and ask.

Remember all the Religions no matter they are right or wrong are in danger
Colored map shows the population having no religion

They are working on their own mission to welcome the show stopper as It is just the beginning

Energy Crises In Pakistan

The current situation of the country is in front of all but it is not as it is.
It is injected in the Nations blood that we are in the energy crises with a great conspiracy under the table but the ground reality is some thing else.

The leaders are fully corrupted, they all need is  power and money by pushing back the dumb nation with their cruel and wicked agendas.
Things are not getting worse until and unless we are not turning a deaf year to these,
I am not encouraging you to fight for those or turn up the heat to abolish these puppets but to change or educate your self.

WHO YOU ARE , WHY YOU ARE  , WHAT YOU DO , HOW YOU CAN DO but DO WHAT YOU CAN to nip the evil in the bud.
